Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Hourly bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before start time for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
How does the QR code work?
After booking, you receive a unique QR code. Scan it at the lot entrance to open the gate. Scan again when you leave to close your session automatically.
What if I stay longer than my booked tier?
If you stay past the 12-hr window, the next tier (24-hr flat rate) applies automatically at exit. You are never charged more than the 24-hr rate in a single day.
Are EV charging stations included?
EV charging spots are available at an additional $2/hour surcharge. Spaces are auto-assigned when you select EV preference during booking.
